Great knives
I've slowly replaced all my cooking knives with the classic series and couldn't be happier. I dress the edges with a honing rod and off i go. The 6" utility knife is my go to knife.

The 6” Carver
Love, love, love this particular Wusthof knife. Not only is this the most versatile knife in my knife block; but, this is my second, 6” Wustof Classic knife (I sharpened my other one to a nub, over 12 years)~! Wear one out, replace it with another one.
