This knife is a great addition to the Wüstof knives we have had for over 20 years. They get used on a daily to weekly basis, so they don't just sit in the block and look pretty.

As always, the six inch Classic Utility Knife is well built and perfectly balanced. It's a pleasure to use and is my go to knife for slicing and dicing fruits, veggies and meat, and cutting myself.
