Classic 6" Utility Knife,
I love the utility knife. I was always using a paring knife and this has a longer blade and works so much better. Now if Wusthof would make the vegetable knife with the holes I would be really happy.

#Warranty wise, the company is very good quality of life not so much one drop shattered the glass and now my 8 inch chef knife has delamination in it. But the #Warranty has a replacement coming.

It could possibly replace my paring knife
I must admit, if I could change anything about this knife it would be to make it 5 inches, then it would be a total work horse paring knife, my "go to" knife is the 6 inch chef knife, it is perfectly weighted and comfortable.
