Verdict is still out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially thought this was pretty handy. It seems to be ideal for light trimming and cutting. However, the last time I used it one of the two pins holding the offset bar in place sheared off. I don’t know if I put too much pressure on it or if the pins were too soft. Now I will need to drill it out and replace it with something…screw?

Works Tools are Excellent!!! around the yard

I own several Worx products and this one is simply another one of their great tools. The Cordless Electric Chainsaw is light weight, powerful and easy to handle - very handy for cutting smaller size limbs and brush - plus at uses the same batteries as all my other Worx tools. This is a very handy tool around the yard.

Great size and cutting ability

I felled a couple of trees with my gas chain saw and decided to try trimming the branches with the Worx saw, At 75, I found the saw to be very comfortable and easy on my arms and joints. The saw made quick work of the limbs and branches, I was amazed the time and effort I saved using it. 5inch power chain saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this 5" power chain saw as a Christmas gift to myself. It can very quickly and I can't wait to use it this coming spring. We have snow on the ground right now so I'll have to wait. It looks great!

Works great, but you have to make friends with it.

I have used this pruner for rendering downed branches for recycling. It certainly does the job. However, it requires maintenance--like any chain saw. Cleaning after use is a must. Design upgrades should include a safety button you can operate with a single gloved hand, automatic oiler, carrying case, extra chain, and like ALL worx tools, it should come with 2 (that's two!) 4.0 mah batteries. My workproject time should not ever depend on battery life, nor should I have to turn around & order ...

so happy I was able to order before they sold out. I've been hoping something like this would become available. Will be so much easier to trim the bushes.

Small but Mighty

chews it up no clean cut!

I bought this because it can do small and larger limbs for bushes. I tried on small--1/2 inch and lalrger 2 inch...it is hard to cut, chews it up and does NOT make a clean cut. Tried holding limb tight etc...cant get it to work like it says.

Mighty little pruning saw

Very handy tool !

This is one of the most time and work saving tools I have ever had. Lightweight, very strong, and easy to use. My property has lots of pruning and fire prevention trimming to be done and this 5"pruning saw take a lot of work out of getting it done. The chain was very sharp when it arrived and it zips through limbs and branches very quickly. With the quick cuts I haven't even had to swap out the battery during the days work. I love it.
