Purchased to trim some branches off trees. Works well, 20V is light and works as advertised.

Solid and great design

Easy, convenient and very versatile

I purchased this small chainsaw about a month ago and have had numerous occasions in which to use it. My wife and I bought a new home with three acres in December. A home that had not been cared for in quite a while and we've been refurbishing it. Now that spring came I had lots and lots of wood to trim back and trees to trim back and this little battery operated machine did a marvelous job. No fussing with gas and oil no pulling and pulling to start it and the blade is sharp and quick efficient...

Not equivalent to an AC model

This unit is not ready for prime time. A battery powered unit should cut and perform as well as an AC powered unit with duration of use determined by the your investment in batteries. This unit had about 1/4 the power of the equivalent Worx AC model. It was insufficient to trim 6" inch tree limbs. It was only a little faster cleaning up branches than a bare of manual cutters.

Easy to assemble and use.

This is lightweight and easy to use. Fantastic purchase!

Light weight

Just my size

Small enough for me to use.

Worked great cutting off a 8" diameter tree trunk.

Recently purchased to cut a couple tree stumps closer to the ground. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong one and had to pay more than double for the battery by itself.

IT IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN USING A GAS CHAINSAW AND NOT AS HEAVY PLUS IT IS GOOD FOR YARD WORK

Fast cuts long battery life

I was very surprised how good this chainsaw handled some good sized live oak tree limbs ! The 5 inch chainsaw works great too !

Anyone's Tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being older found the gas chain saw hard to start, control and the weight was just too much. Starting to be dangerous. This Worx chainsaw hits all the boxes my wife and I needed.

Small, but mighty

I bought this chainsaw for 2 main reasons: wanting battery power to remove finicky oil/gas mixing & storage … and because it works with my existing PowerShare battery system. It’s proving great for keeping the trees on my property in check & creating firewood for the fire pit. I’m happy to have it in my workshop.

Great little chainsaw

I bought this chainsaw for some small cleanup items in my year. It more than does the job and makes quick work of small branches and logs.

leaks oil
