Perfect size for trimming and smaller diameter log

It's a great little chainsaw!

It's well engineered, like all WORX products. Nicely balanced, and handy as all get out. It's important to recognize that it's not a tree cutting behemoth. A 10" bar is appropriate for branch lopping and cleanup chores, but not for felling big trees. Fortunately (?) last week's 65 mph winds gave me a couple of blowdown trees to work on with my new 'toy'! It acquitted itself very nicely, thank you. (and no cranky engine to get started!)

Received with only one battery

The add states that saw comes with two batteries, but the box only came with one. This needs to be corrected on the add. I did not use the saw yet because it's a gift for my son in-law.

Great small chainsaw

I bought this with the pole so I could trim limbs from our crepe myrtle trees and other trees as well. We also have your jaw saw and have used it successfully for 3 years, but it can’t get into some tight spaces. This little saw is heavier on the end of the pole than I had anticipated, but it does the job. I would recommend it for anyone strong enough to manage it.

Too soon to tell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I love the Worx lineup and have several products. I have the electric chain saw and loved it but wanted more freedom of a battery powered one. It does not come with the ball and chain oil needed to operate it. After first use I didn’t find it all that powerful. I am considering returning it but will give it another try first.

Only thing you will do, it’s put back chain some times. But look a picture how it’s working!! Easy!!! I hade it for year. Great lightweight tool, take care your chain!

Good handling

Spent more time replacing chain than using saw.

Purchased this in spring and just got it out of box recently. Lightweight and very easy to use for at least 15 min. and then chain comes off and trying to get it back on is assinine. Need three hands to hold blade in place and try to attach chain and then you can't see throught the cover to line up screw.

Handy tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for small bushes, saplings and such and am very pleased so far. While it’s not meant for bigger jobs, it is a very yard/landscaping tool.

best thing is the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it to take out a couple of branches here and there got the job done but it took a long time specially because the chain kept falling off. I don't think the chain is as sharp as it should be specially for a new tool.

chain comes loose and oily mess.

I like the saw, the instructions on how to put on the chain suck and it doesn't stay tightened. Chain came off and you need three hands to get it back on. Had to find utube video to show how to put it on. It is light and easy to use but if you spend more time putting chain on than using it not worth it.

Plenty of power to handle medium size jobs.

Good second saw

So far this saw has performed as expected. It cuts fine as long as you do not try to be too aggressive. If you get to aggressive, the chain comes off. Also will lock up in the wood, but you have to expect that being a small battery powered saw. I have a good gas powered saw, but bought this one for quick clean up when I don’t want to mix up gas for just a few little cuts. Plus, this one is easy to carry in to the field for cleaning shooting lanes around my blind. It’s worth what you have to pay ...

Perfect Size!

This is lightweight enough so it is easy to handle. Starts up quick and has the power I need to trim branches and small limbs on my property which is exactly why I purchased this chain saw. Am pleased with this purchase and the fast shipping.
