What Customers Are Saying
The product is generally well-received, with users praising its power, lightweight design, and ease of use. It effectively cuts through grass and weeds, and the battery-powered operation is convenient. Many find it comfortable to handle, especially for older users. However, some issues have been reported, such as problems with the auto-feed mechanism, durability of components, and shorter-than-expected battery life for larger yards. The product may also struggle with thicker, more overgrown vegetation. Overall, it appears to be a capable and user-friendly tool for most residential lawn and garden needs.

I bought this for my 80th birthday. A tornado knocked down all the trees along our road. The weeds lovedthe light and went crazy. I couldn’t bring myself to starting our cumbersome gas powered trimmer so I bought this, which I would’ve taken back if it didn’t work. It was pretty amazing. Weeds and grasses 3 to 5 feet tall quickly succumbed. When I got into half inch ragweed and poke the line froze up, as is routinely with any trimmer I’ve had. I had bought a spare spool, and put it on without t...

Lite weight and easy to maneuver!!!
Would RecommendMuch lighter and easier to maneuver than a engine powered. And its quite!!! Get a couple extra batteries if you want to work longer! OR!!! Watch for a sale on another tool that uses the same battery and you'll be ready to work for hours!!!!

Eats Trimmer Line
Would Not RecommendReplaced my 10 year old 32v for this. I do not recommend as this weed wacker eats through trimmer line like crazy. What should take me 20 minutes took 1 hour, having to keep stopping to get more trimmer line out. Plus, it has great power for the job.

Light weight, plenty of power, good long charge. Not crazy about the line feed design.

Don't buy
Would Not RecommendI have an older WORX trimmer that has worked great for 3 plus years. I accidentally forgot it was leaning against the back of my car and ran over it. I decided to buy a new one and it is the worst WORX trimmer trimmer. I has only has one speed and the batteries run out quickly and trimming is a disgrace. The shaft had disconnected numerous times. The auto feed for string has never worked from the beginning so I have to stop to get more string. The trimmer looks like its old as it has worn so fa...
