Batteries

I was VERY upset at the Battery Life. I have other Worx trimmers and Battery Life is MUCH Batter with them. Wish they would bring BACK the 32V Trimmer.

great but why

I have purchased both the wg180 and wg183.....love both of them. easy to use and lightweight so I am able to hold correctly. Concern is after replacing the 180 spool cap recently....I purchased the 183, used 3 times and the spool cap on 183 flew off. it came apart and I have had to order a new spool cap for it. Why is the spool cap and 4 refill spools available but the spool cap for 183 is out of stock......I purchased the spools iin my previous order. Thanks for your answer. Sue

Okay

I purchased the wrong one. I thought I was getting the one with the wheel. My sister loves the wheel. I wanted something easy on my shoulders. The string was not on correctly so I had to take that apart. I'm not happy with this. I'm sure it would be great for someone stronger. This is my error not the companies.

Light weight and so easy to use!

I bought this product a few weeks ago and absolutely love it! I opened the box and had it together within 15 minutes. I am a 71 year old woman and am thrilled with how easy it is to use and very light weight! Perfect purchase for me!

Good Quality trimmer

I was surprised by the power of this trimmer. Works just as good as my gas trimmer but way lighter to handle. I recommend buying spare batteries as backup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This string trimmer is very lightweight and balanced. I wish I would've bought this worx string trimmer a couple years ago. Instead I bought a slightly cheaper trimmer that has given me trouble since I bought it. This worx 40 volt trimmer has been trouble free the batteries last the hour it takes me to trim around the house and many trees in my large yard. I especially like the way it automatically feeds new line out as needed.

I bought this cordless trimmer and I am amazed at the power it has. It cuts through tough weeds very well.

Plenty of power for my needs

I received my string trimmer with some reluctance because I owned a couple of other battery-powered units from a different maker and they just could not do the job. After a year new batteries did not hold a good charge. Power was lost rather quickly if the unit was challenged. So far this unit has plenty of power.

Absolute Garbage Product

I've had mine for a couple of years, but only used it a few times. The line feeder never works, I constantly have to take it apart to get the line to feed out. And recently my motor started burning up and almost caught my property on fire while I was using it. I have many Worx products, but the company would not give me a credit for this super dangerous product !

Love my trimmer

The best

Purchased Trimmer a month ago. I an a stickler about clean lines on the perimeter of my lawn and edges. This is simply this best tool I have ever used.

Lightweight and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trimmer surpassed my expectations by out performing all the other string trimmers I've used except my 17" 25cc Homelite. It preformed just as well as my gas power trimmer, but it's much lighter and easier to use. I trimmed my whole, half acre back yard, (which is fenced in with17 fruit trees, grapevines, blackberry and blueberry bushes as well as 3 buildings and 6 flower beds to trim around) on a single charge and in record time.

Lightweight!

So lightweight compared to my gas trimmer. I was missing a component part when I opened the box, but WORX took care of it very quickly.

Works great for small yards

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my nephew how is a new home owner, and its perfect for his small yard. Very light weight so that it's easy to handle even his gifriend uses it.. the only draw back that I have is I'm used to a bumper head for the string to release. But my nephew isn't and love the button trigger that releases the string.. so it's a win win for the kids..

I use it for trimming around my sidewalks, cuts exactly the way I want. The trimmer is great to have on hand, always use after mowing my yard. Very lightweight and easy to hold.

It really does the job without all the hassle of trying to start all the others. Very light weight, easy to handle with adjustable hand grip you can move to suit you. Great trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great light weight trimmer. Definitely is great for quick trimming jobs around the yard. It is so much faster than the gas trimmer. The batteries charge super quick. Not having to store gas or running out of gas while trimming the yard it a huge benefit. I did not think I would like a battery operated trimmer but this one proved me wrong. Happy trimming!
