Cap cover that holds line feed on broke after 2 uses and worx says the part not covered under the 3 year warranty. Cap made out of paper thin plastic and will fail, dont buy this cheap garbage product.

Worx repeat customer
Would RecommendGot to use the new WG 170 for first time today Sunday, August 9. Honestly, I wasn’t totally impressed. Doesn’t seem to function as well as the original WG 170 we bought. I think that was about 10 years ago. But my memory is not so great. Seemed like it kept wanting to shut off instead of getting continuous run. But I can say his first time today we get to use it again. I hope it treats us as good as your first one we bought. Thanks for checking in on us. Have a good day.

Well Worth the Money
This is the 3rd Worx trimmer I have bought. I wear them out especially with edge trimming along the patio and driveway. They hold up well and you can go a long way on one battery. I have 1 1/4 acres to trim and edge. I recommend this trimmer.

Easy to Use
Would RecommendLight weight - snap-in edging string is so simple to install and adjust/lengthen string length in seconds. My only complaint is that the setup instructions are not clear - had to go to You Tube to figure it out - ultimately it was pretty simple
