Would RecommendFirst off - I'm a huge Worx fan and have purchased a lot of their tools. Second - this is a great trimmer and I've just purchased my third one. My only gripe is that the Command Feed feature stops working after a few seasons, making it very inconvenient to use. I don't believe it's serviceable, but I think the tool would last many years more if it were. Luckily, it's not that expensive, so I just keep replacing it when the feed stops working.

Second time purchase
Would Not RecommendThis is my second time buying this model why? Because the string cutter fell off and you don’t sell replacements. As someone that has several worx products. This is stupidity. Replacement parts should be a priority to keep customers happy. Get you’re stuff together. I won’t be buying a 3rd. Not selling parts is idiotic.

Battery weight
My Worz trimmer is probably 20 years old, needed a new one.I'm about ready to call the company and ask if I can send the new one back. it should say there's an age limit to have to hold it as you trim, I'm 90 never realize how heavy it is and I never could get it twisted correctly to edge. what little I did in 5 minutes was great!
