Durabality leaves a lot to be desired

This is the second one of these I have purchased. The last one lasted less than a year. The only reason I bought another one is I have multiple batteries, a charger, and it's light enough that my 83 y/o friend can operate it when she wants. Needless to say I purchased the aftermarket warranty this time.

A design flaw exist

I bought this before. In my opinion, it is too easy to break. I don’t use this device very often, definitely less than 20 hours a year, but it still broke in less than two years. I think the reason is in a design flaw —— the protection plastic is too fragile. After that piece of plastic breaks, the grass and weeds easily wrap around the core engine, forcing me to frequently stop the work and unwrap the weeds, using small scissors. Worx is Best

Lots of useful features and strong battery life. Price is very reasonable.

Not good if you want to get busy in your yard!

A charger won’t stay charged and it has the smallest reel of line you could possibly have so you are constantly charging after 15 minutes even if the battery is charged all night and you are having to replace the line

Trash! Don’t buy.

The complete trimmer head housing fell apart. Used it maybe 3 seasons. I used it to trim around the house and flower beds etc. nothing big. It’s of course out of warranty now. I can’t find a replacement housing. I have to buy an another one.

Not My First Rodeo

This is not my first Worxx but my third in a 30 plus period. It really gets the trimmings done perfectly. Plus it is easy to use with a number of positions and a long lasting battery. Cannot trim with anything else.

So far loving it!

Much easier to adjust and switch to edger mode than my previous trimmer. Love the manual feed button, that was one major reason for switching. The auto feed on my previous trimmer wasted so much line.
