What Customers Are Saying
The product is praised for its lightweight and easy-to-use design, with adjustable height and angle settings for comfortable use. Customers report the trimmer is powerful enough to handle yard work efficiently, and the automatic line feed feature is a convenient time-saver. However, some users have experienced issues with the durability of the product, such as problems with the string release mechanism or broken plastic components. Battery life could also be improved, especially for larger yards. Overall, the product provides a versatile and generally positive yard maintenance solution.

Would RecommendMy husband loves WORX products. That being said, we returned this because I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM. He wanted the one with two batteries and this one only comes with one. I have now ordered the correct one and am looking forward to receiving it. On another note, it seems that Lowe's only carries these online so you will need to order WORX there or on the WORX website.

Manual line feed - what a hassle
Would Not RecommendI bought a bundled package of 3 WORX tools, all work great but I didn't realize that the trimmer a manual feed. The manual line feed is such a hassle, I have to stop every 5 minutes to refeed the line. Please stop making these!

Good luck on assembling
Would Not RecommendImpossible to decode the instruction booklet which had no instructions, only images on how to assemble the product. Had several people much more mechanically minded than me try and assemble it and no luck with them as well. Had to take it to a hardware store to have someone correctly install the edger attachment. Works well after assembled. Would not buy from Lowe's again

Would RecommendThe price and it came with a battery. My trimmer works very good, except on high grass taller than a foot.

Would Not RecommendI bought this product several years ago and LOVED IT!! It quit so I bought a new one. I'm not as happy with the "new and improved" model. The battery doesn't stay seated and stops working. I'm constantly re-seating and restarting it. The way you now have to change it from edging to trimming (and back) is annoying to say the least. Every time you change it you also have to redo the length of the handle. I'm a 70 year old woman and I really like the ease of use and weight but I'm not happy with th...
