What Customers Are Saying
The product is praised for its lightweight and easy-to-use design, with adjustable height and angle settings for comfortable use. Customers report the trimmer is powerful enough to handle yard work efficiently, and the automatic line feed feature is a convenient time-saver. However, some users have experienced issues with the durability of the product, such as problems with the string release mechanism or broken plastic components. Battery life could also be improved, especially for larger yards. Overall, the product provides a versatile and generally positive yard maintenance solution.

Would RecommendWorks pretty well for the PRICE.., this is my second one, what seems to wear out is if you do a lot of edging the wheel assembly was not designed very well and the keeper wears out and the wheels continually fall off the assembly. Also if you have a big yard buy an extra battery, takes a long time to charge and doesn't last that long.

Product never delivered, no customer support
Would Not RecommendThe product was over a week late, never got delivered, Lowes would not let me cancel the order even though it was not deliveried and they were unable to provide a delivery date. Customer service was beyond useless. 30 waiting for a supervisor. No wonder they hide their corporate emails. Go anywhere else this place sucks.

The price was very reasonable plus it was on sale.
Would RecommendIt’s the perfect size and weight for an older woman like me. I have had several of these weed eaters in the past and I have had a great experience with each one of them.

One issue
Would RecommendI have 1,800 foot lot. Used this for the first time. The battery did the whole yard, fence, around the house, yard, driveway and curb. Impressed did it all. My one issue, I'm 3 hours in and the battery is still recharging. Good thing I don't need to edge again for a week....

New one quit working completely
Would RecommendI have many Worx tools and my last trimmer lasted me about 5 years. I just bought a new one a few months back and it already died. I'm hoping it will be taken care of as I didn't get much use out of it yet. Other than that I was happy with the trimmer. It's light enough to cut all my weeds which is about 3 acres worth and I don't get tired of holding it like most trimmers. It's pretty powerful for cordless and last longer if you use the bigger 20v battery.

STIFF ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
Would RecommendSeems to work well, but adjusting the angle of the head to the shaft was difficult. It was so stiff, I thought I might break it. It took awhile.

String retention is poor
Would Not RecommendString holder is too large and string gets thrown from trimmer 2 spools per 10 minute battery usage.
