Half Hour Battery

Full charge battery only lasts half hour. I tried multple iterations of the charging. Nothing extended the charge. Took me days to fininsh my yard. Definitely don't edge during the hotest part of the day you may only last 14 minues. Flimsy. I would not let me husband use it. This is for small jobs, lightweight handlings and short fast jobs. I Love this weed wacker/edger because......

I bought this item, with the two 20-v batteries and charger., due to the fact they guaranteed it for 3 years. Well, that was in 2016. I have a corner house, which is long, and had a camper to do. It is still working just fine! Love it! Ordered a leaf blower Aug 2023. Love it, also! Wow, works great, and I am an old woman.

Love It

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a smaller yard and after trims my yard. I also trim around the yard. I can get 2 plus trims and also edge my walks on 1 battery. About the only drawback is the ease of letting out trimming line.

Works Trimmer

Works has great products, I use the lawn products all the time. My only issue is the weed eater/trimmer string. You advertise string for life and when shipping the shining cost more than the product if I buy it at a local store that has works product. There is times where one spool only last for one event trim or maybe, one and a half trim. I would recommend, more than one pack be sent with each order. Problem with the string cutter part

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a string trimmer that i have had for over a year. The thing that cuts the line when it is too long is not working or fell off.. It is a flaw and should be replaceable. I called the support line and they want to sell me a part that i don't need. I have four of your tools and have been mostly happy with them. This is a problem and you should replace it free of charge since i did not do anything to cause this problem. Not happy about ...

decent light duty string trimmer/edger combo

Great for a little old lady

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about a month ago, battery last about 45 minutes which is when I need to take a break. I am 5 foot in my 70's and have a property that is mostly hills and this is what I use; because too steep for a lawn mower. The trimmer is light weight and adjust for my height, the wheels and the handle adjustment is great on the hillside.

Great weed eater. Light weight and easy to use. The best feature is the automatic feed line. I've never used a weed eater that I liked better.
