We always buy valspar because it really does go on without needing primer! Rarely do we need more than a second coat, and usually it’s only spot treatment for the third because our old house has uneven walls.

Poor design
Would Not RecommendPurchased this to get above my stairs (high ceiling). I thought the top swiveled to help get those tough spots, but really it only works if your parallel or even with the wall. Will have to use a roller instead.
