Don’t buy an appliance from Lowe’s! Run!!
I will never order an appliance online from Lowe’s again! It was a living nightmare. First of all, they are not smart enough to use the store closest to you. They choose a store very far away and that complicates throngs of there is a problem. You cannot get human help. I had to return the first washer and get a second one. Nightmare and do not recommend you purchase your washer from this company. Then the logistics company that they hire to deliver and problem solve is an even bigger problem...

So this washing machine is working very well wash quality is good, the capacity makes laundry day quick and easy. Dryness could be better after wash cycle completes for a more energy saving when drying.
