Garbage

Stopped working after a year and a half. It gets "stuck" on the wash cycle. Water empties out and it stops washing. Will not complete a cycle. Even before it crapped out, I was not happy with it. There was no "true" deep water wash cycle. You might get 1/3 of a drum full of water. Heavily soiled clothes would come out still dirty and need a rewash. I do a lot of cooking and my clothes would always need a second wash to lift the cooking smell.

Lasted 6 months. Awful.

We originally purchased this same washer in fall 2024 but did not get an extended warranty. it took a crap on us in Feb 2026, just outside the manufacturers warranty. We purchased another the same month and we are having a tech come out to look at our second one since this time it's within the year window. Laundry room flooded out. I'll never buy whirlpool again.

Solid appliances still exist

I thought solidly built appliances were no more. This Whirlpool feels as solid as my old one which lasted over 30 years. One cannot beat top loaders for quality and lack of problems. Plus the young man who wrote up the order gave amazing service.

It hasn't even been two year and we are looking for a different washer. We thought the spin cycle was acting up but now it gets stuck on the wash setting. I believe its the computer board not working correctly. ugh.

Good buy

I've had my washer for a little over a week. COMPLETELY different than the front load washer I had. I'm loving the fact that the spin cycle doesn't shake my entire house!!! I love the water level sensor. Completely love it!!!

Love it

My first Whirlpool machine died after 19 years. This machine does pretty good. I recommend Whirlpool appliances. Christian and his partner were very professional and made sure my machine was level and operational.

Dropped my washer

They dropped my washer when loading the truck, stuck it back on and when unboxed, realized the washer was bent on the corner. Now I got to wait for another washer. Not happy.

Don't buy

I never left a review on anything, but this washing machine, It was just delivered today and it doesn't work. Read the reviews (I didn't) the bad ones are not lying to you. Now I have to go through the process of returning the machine and picking a better and different machine. I hope.

Great buy for the money.

I purchased this washer and am very happy with it. The drum capacity is not the largest, but it works perfectly in a two-person home, uses less water and cycles quickly. I have no issues with the unit.
