So low to ground the shelves ugh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are tall or older don't buy this is so cheaply made plus so low to ground. unfortunately I had to get it thru my hsa home warranty and didn't see it in person . I am very disappointed in this .

Quiet and Meets or Expectations

It is quieter than we may have expected, based on the experiences of a few reviewers. I barely hear it run! The primary selling point for me was that this model is Energy Star compliant. Nice looking addition to our kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks nice, fits in the space and keeps stuff cold. Most of the newer models would not fit in the refrigerator space of our older home.

Do not recommend...

I bought this a couple of years ago for a 2nd home and it has never worked right. The freezer won't freeze and the fridge does freeze - it is sporadic and unpredicable. I had it repaired and they replaced the compressor while under warranty. They said they have had a lot of service calls on these this model. The compressor still did not correct the problem. This is in a rural area and it is hard to find service people - I finally found someone else to come look at it and he said that it needs to...

Just What We Needed

The refrigerator is very attractive and I love how brightly lit the inside is. (Note: the freezer does not have a light.)

Weak Ice Maker

We have cabinets above our refrigerator so options can be limited due to the height. We opted for this model because it had a built-in ice maker. Have had it for a month and it makes ice at half the rate of the refrigerator it replaced. Literally it's never been full. Also, there is no deli/cheese drawer.

Basic kitchen equipment! That’s ok.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A couple of friends recommended the store, I wanted a basic fridge, got it. It’s very heavy, lacking in coordinated components (shelving), looks clean, I wasn’t interested in the ice maker because I prefer filtered water. Whirlpool has a good long reputation but 😐. I’m guessing that engineers designed this model, not homemakers, imho.

I feel the design of that seal is not correct.

Great performance

Will not recommend or buy again

Only 11-months in our home and the front of the door has begun to rust. I contacted Whirlpool for a warranty repair, and they denied it stating their warranty would only cover that within the first 30-days of delivery.

Great freezer. Plenty of room

Nice appearance

new but not workingt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we bought this fridge and the ice maker did not work. thanks to the wonderful people at Jimbos Appliance, they got it fixed.

Icemaker not working properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago and the factory installed ice maker was not working properly. The fill tube was not injecting water into the ice maker. Water was dripping down the side of the icemaker and freezing in the bottom of the freezer. Was repaired by factory service technician. Will wait to see if the repair corrects the issue.
