Refrigerator

I have condensation on the inside of my refrigerator I called whirlpool for a service guy to come out and was told there are no service techs in my area. I then tried to email them and that went nowhere either. I can not say it is a good product with good service but what I can say from my experience their help with their product and their warranty you would be better off finding a different item from a different company, because as it stands I would have to say their product is. Not reliable.

Might want to skip

SHelves are one piece, NOT split for easy adjustment. Fridge 2 yrs & 4 weeks and appears not really "frost free" have mini icecyles hanging from entryway door frome. Crap already.

Love My Fridge!

Do not purchase appliances from Lowes

We purchased this product two years ago and it’s broken twice already. We paid extra for protection plus for 3 years and they’ve been useless. Protection plan is 3rd party and completely AI and/or strictly online. The first time it broke was 5 months ago and it took two weeks to have a repair person come look at it and another two and half weeks to have the compressor replaced. Noisy and cheaply made and bad customer service.

This refrigerator sounds like a moose during mating season. The glass shelves are loose fitting and the crisper drawers have no seals. Space is extremely limited. There is no light in the freezer. Mine arrived with a dent from being dropped and no vent cover at the base. I was told it would be replaced, but I never heard from them again. This was a huge waste of hard-earned money.

Very Cold

For a certain person.

I have left a negative review from MY purchase. They had advertised my older model which was also bigger. My review you will see with photos. The only time I'd recommend is for a single person. Someone who doesn't need a full fridge. It's just not the one. Also make sure it's not dented.

NO WARRANTY!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Humidity, coldness - Refrigerator DOES NOT WORK! I have tried scheduling a service for a month and a half now! I have called over 10 times, "scheduled" over 4 times and NOTHING! 'warranty' - yes, if you cold get someone to come service it!

Good basic fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good basic fridge. Adjustable shelves are a plus. Just wish they hadn’t stuck the Whirlpool logo in the middle of the freezer door. A decorative cover would have been nice on the bottom like the one my old Whirlpool had.

Bad ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator works well and the interior is well thought out and allows for flexibility and better storage. The ice maker on the other hand is a piece of junk. The manual says to make sure the refrigerator is level and the ice maker itself is level. The ice cube tray overflows and I have to shut it off and break up the iceberg with a hammer. If not for that I would give this unit 5 stars.

Love the glass shelves and in-door storage!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a similarly configured Maytag fridge that lasted 12 years. It has several new or upgraded features. The glass shelves, sliding meat drawer and clear in-door shelves are great. It also has a much better air flow system that provides even temperatures throughout. Very pleased.

New garage fridge

Happy with Our Purchase

Often food at the bottom is frozen. Humidity control is good even on humid days. The refrigerator's capacity is better than our old one, and good for our needs.
