Not too happy

extremely poor design engineering

I received this Whirlpool fridge as an "energy efficiency upgrade" at no cost through a local promotional program, replacing my former fridge which was made by Frigidaire in 2011. There were no issues with my old fridge, other than it being a bit older. It was functioning well and suited my needs well. Good fridge for limited space

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I wish I had room for a bigger fridge but the built-in space is limited. So far the performance has been perfect and I like the features. Looks good too. The delivery guys were amazing and dealt with problems as they arose. I was surprised that it couldn't be ordered with the ice maker installed, and it was a separate item that I had to pick up at a warehouse which was not very convenient, and then had to get someone to hook it up.

Like the features

When I clean the outside of my refrigerator it leaves streaks I tried soap and water and a recommended cleaning product. Still streaks. Also I have had to call for service to replace the rubber on the inside of my freezer door and refrigerator. It always comes loose. They are supposed to come in a week

Makes noises

Replacement gone wrong.

The fridge that we had was a Whirlpool 33" bottom freezer that we were told replacement was identical. The replacement is what we are reviewing. The freezer appears to create frostbite and the fresh vegetable in the fridge containers barely last a week. The door seal had to be replaced and still not sure that seal is sufficient. Non existent customer support

Somehow it is supposed to be connected to the freezer light, which is nonexistent. We have tried many ways to get in touch with the tech support to no avail.

Just the right size.

I love the door the way that it has different sized shelves is fantastic. It is very quiet and I never hear it running unless sitting right beside it. I am very very happy with my purchase, I highly recommend.

Broken refrigerator

I have now had my refrigerator for 7 months now I have made several calls to the whirlpool service desk I also have made several calls to the repair rep and to date nothing has happened I am wery disappointed and frustrated whit your service at this point I think I should have a replacement tiered of waiting for service

Noisy
