Paid full price even though 2 appliances purchased, same manufacturer. Picked wrong DW & returned, no issues. Refrigerator was left on factory plastic skids/ski's. fully wrapped & cardboard cover protecting condenser coils. when I asked delivery driver to unpackaged both items,he replied, "delivery only." They dropped shipment and ran like rats!
Don't buy appliance from Lowe's in Mckinney Texas
Would Not RecommendThe delivery of this fridge was an absolute nightmare. There were scratches all over the entire fridge. Black marker written on the icemaker. The rubber gasket around the door was buckled and inside the fridge side it looked as though some had tried to "super glue" it back on. Lowe's needs to fire this delivery company!! The guys were in such a hurry that they didn't wait to see if the water was hooked up correctly. Based on this experience I will never ever buy another appliance from Lowe...

Love the New Whirlpool Fridge
Would RecommendBought the new fridge 09/06/2026. The entire purchase, delivery and service with Lowe's was awesome! We had an older model of the new model fridge we just purchased. The newer version is 200% better than the old version. Quiet, better lights, better cover on the bottom back of fridge. Has aluminum cover instead of card board, better placement of the water line connection and much improved ice maker and nice digital display on the door The only complaint is the measuring display on the door....

Reliable brand love it
I do love the fridge, but I had to have three delivered before I received one that didn't have a manufacturing defect! First time the water dispenser housing was not seated properly on the front of the door. Second time, the water dispenser display panel was loose and you could physically move it therefore you were also unable to lock or unlock the water and ice dispenser. The third delivery I finally got a perfect fridge (so far). I have always owned nothing but whirlpool refrigerators my whole...
