What Customers Are Saying
The Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator offers a mix of positive and negative features. On the positive side, it has spacious storage, a sleek modern design, and useful features like an ice maker and water dispenser. However, the freezer compartment is small, the shelves are not adjustable, and there are reported issues with the ice maker and water dispenser, such as slow ice production and leaks. The quality and durability also seem inconsistent, with some customers experiencing problems within the first few years of ownership.

Good smaller size side by side for couple!
Would RecommendThis refrigerator is perfectly sized for one weekly food shopping trip per week for a husband and wife. The ice maker and water dispensing work well. It fits into a fairly small kitchen space nicely. Good sized storage spaces in the refrigerator door. So far we’re liking it very much!

I love the stainless steel refrigerator. The shelf’s are sleek & the drawers are deep, there is plenty of room in the door & the shelf’s are movable. The freezer shelf’s are slim but deep & hold much more than I expected. I love the freezer door, drawer. The programmable ice & the water dispenser are very modern & I love the light. Overall a very cool unit.

Purchase of a new fridge, out with the old.
Would RecommendOur main issue with a new refrigerator purchase was to replace our older ne which was too costly to repair. Width was also a factor for the new one. The space was limited to what we could purchase. This was our best option. and are currently happy with this one but only disappointment is the size of the freezer it is a little bit smaller but manageable. Overall, we are happy.

A small change in overall size makes a big difference. More flexibility on shelf height would be an asset.
