Too late for 2nd thoughts

The lighting inside is only at the very top and it leaves the lower shelves dim. The selves inside the refrigerator are not adjustable. I have a wall on one side of the refrigerator space and a huge gap is needed for the door to open wide enough to remove the shelves and bins for cleaning.

Love the Bottom Freezer with Doors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so glad you make a bottom freezer with doors. We had 2 other models with doors over the course of 25 years and absolutely did not want a freezer drawer. Being able to customize the temperature in the 2 halves separately is a an extra bonus. Overall it is a bit smaller than most (okay for only 2 of us) and there is limited flexibility with the door shelving in the refrigerator, but we would definitely buy it again.

The ice maker stopped work

The ice maker stopped work and the part is more than $500. I called whirpool and they couldn't help me. Disappointed

Flexible storage

I’ve had mine about a year. Love it! I use handled bins to separate breads, cheeses, meats, canned beverages, etc. counter depth is the best! The freezer compartments allow me to separate what I reach for most- ice, and my frozen stocks, meats, prepared items in less accessed area. I’m moving this year and will purchase one for my new home.

The fridge has a lot more room than our old one and the dishwasher is so quite that you have to really listen to even know that it is running.The fridge is a 4 door with lots of room in the fridge and the freezer, so much so that you don't have to move every item to search for something. Best investment ever.

The ice maker can be loud but it does produce a lot of ice and unlike other brands I’ve had, ice doesn’t build up.we did have to take a shelf out because due to the design you can’t have taller items standing up due to lack of height space. However, since December, the display has shown an error code requiring the fridge to be unplugged...

Love this!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We love this fridge. It is somewhat smaller than our old one, but we adjusted quickly to it. No handles on the front make for a clean and minimalist appearance. It is quiet, efficient, and easy to operate.

Lovely Counter depth 4Door Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 2 weeks ago and love it. The ice cubes are nice. Water inside the door is also convenient. The finger print resistant stainless steel is awesome. We would recommend this to anyone. No protruding handles. We love it.

:( Interior light problem

We purchased this refrigerator on May 29, 2024. In January 2026 interior light went out. We filed a claim right away and are still waiting to have the unit repaired. We were told two weeks ago it was a parts issue and we were one of 7 in our area. On Friday, we were not given a number but told the number of repairs on the unit has grown. Makes good ice. Flexible space. Last Whirlpool refrigerator a side by side lasted 23 years. we hope this one goes as far.

Terrible Product!

I bought this fridge in July 2023 and the interior LED light already went out after 2.5 years. Like many others have expressed, this product doesn't live up to Whirpool's standards. I've also had gasket sealing issues. This was recommended to me by others, but I have regrets buying this refrigerator.
