Beautiful outside and inside

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful looking fridge inside & out - plenty of room for household of 3 - only negative is after the 1st week or so the ice maker stopped working and on these hot days it’s hard not having that instant ice but service coming out to repair

Great refrigerator but Noisy Ice Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is very sleek looking and matches our other Stainless Black appliances. The bottom freezer with the two big basket sections is very nice. I love everything about this refrigerator as described in the specs. The only negative is accessing the Ice Bin is a bit tricky and the "button" is hard to press in while pulling out the bin. Also the ice maker is pretty noisy but other than that I love this refrigerator.

On the outside they looked nearly identical with the exception of the water and ice dispenser being separate buttons on the outside of the new fridge. I will start with what I like about the fridge. WHIRLPOOL VERY DISAPPOINTED.

WELL I WOULDNT KNOW TO PLACE REVIEW. I JUST RECEIVED CALL FROM LOWES THAT DELAY IN DELIVERY DUE TO RECEIVING CALL FROM WHIRLPOOL. AFTER LOWES REPRESENTATIVE LIED TO ME IN FIRST PLACE STATING TO GO AHEAD AND PLACE ORDER THEN CALL IN AND THEY WOULD CHANGE MY DELIVERY DATED TO AN EARLIER TIME!!! WHICH OF COURSED THAT DIDNT HAPPEN. NOT JUST ON A FRIDGE. THIS WAS ALSO INCLUDING DISHWASHER AND STOVE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! IF YOU GO ONLINE, ITS STILL STATING ITS AVAILABLE.

STAY AWAY

Have already left a review for beginning of this month and had it repaired. Now having same problem. This unit is only 14 months old. The freezer is experiencing frost buildup, condensation is causing food to melt, and there’s ice accumulating on the coils. The refrigerator is also incredibly loud, with the water and ice maker constantly making noise, and shutting off and the fan runs non-stop. Not only did we have to throw away a lot of food beginning of the month we have to do that again. I s...

Awesome fridge

we moved from a top freezer to this bottom freezer with middle tray.. it is soooo much easier to reach everything - including the deli drawer we use for lunch meat and cheese. only issue i would recommend is a longer life filter with purchase - or at least 1-2 replacement filters since we paid a pretty penny for the fridge

Not worth the money

Very disappointed in this model. Very loud and not defrosting and have lots of ice build up no matter what.

Had this refrigerator for 15 months.

I had difficulty closing the refrigerator almost from day one someone came out and said you just have to close it harder. Today the icemaker just stopped. We followed all the different directions on how to fix it ourselves and none of them worked so we have to bring in an appliance specialist. I can guarantee you it will not be a whirlpool person.

I only have couple suggestions for product improvement if practical. The middle door/drawer has a temp adjust feature. One end says Produce & the other end says Deli. What’s the difference? I could find no mention of this feature in the manual. Also my old unit has a push button to activate the water faucet in addition to the push plate. This was nice ...

I can access things without ever opening the fridge !!! It is really extremely well designed and the ice maker works great !!!

Love my new refrigerator very happy with it

Ice Maker Replaced in the first 4 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator needs taller adjustable shelves, and our ice maker went out in the first 4 months, and had to be replaced while still under warranty. We do like the drawer system and the overall look and style of this appliance.

Wide French Door Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this fridge for just under a month and have mixed feelings about it ... to be honest, it's not entirely the fridge but more about the change of fridge style we made in going to this model. It's taking some getting used to ... it's loud (just running and making ice); the regular cubed ice comes out very strong (sprays all over); the door space feels limited (again, not the fridge's fault).
