Nice but beware

Instantly froze up after delivery. tech said at the manufacturing plant they forgot to connect a defrost wire....couple weeks later ice maker and water outlet started making loud vibration....part was bad...its only 2 months old!!!!

Great features

Easy to glide vegetable bins

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The old model I had, had the vege bins on the top, which was not easy to glide. The new model that I have now , the vege bins are wide and easily accessible. Loving it . Overall it’s a beautiful fridge.

Wonderful classy refrigerator

We put our drinks in there and when it's open the kids decide quickly what they want to drink instead of looking all around the refrigerator. My water and ice feature is wonderful as that is what I use, Also, the freezer keeps the ice cream perfect. The first time I have gotten ice cream out of the freezer and even though it had been open before it's easy to get out of the contain...

Poor Quality -

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the appliance, the appliance operated for almost 2 weeks and then it would not maintain temperature in the freezer or frig. Whirlpool tech advised that parts would need to be ordered for an appliance that we have only owned for 3 weeks. .

Nice Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator has nice features including, on the door ice and water, and separate pull out door below the two French doors, and a solid bottom in the freezer compartment so things stored there will not fall through.

Would not recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd refrigerator since July 2025 and I continue to have the same problem with condensation on the freezer door. How can all 3 have the same problem?!?! I am so frustrated…I thought Ehirlpool was a reputable brand.

Cons & Pros

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker is very loud & I don't quite understand why an ice maker would be placed in the left side of the refrigerator rather than in the bottom freezer. The button on the side of the ice maker to open the door, is so difficult to push that I can't imagine an elderly person with hand difficulties could ever open it.I had to practice getting it open so that in case of a power outage I would need to remove any ice cubes so that they don't...

Loud water motor

But, in the past 2 months, the ice maker has frozen up twice and had to be thawed out. And, the motor that runs to add more water it make is SO loud it can be heard in the back of the house. My previous refrigerator was a Whirlpool side-by-side that was manufactured in 1994, and was still running when I finally decided to upgrade to a new model. I still did a lot of research to find a great deal, but more importantly, to get a refrigerator that I trusted would perform well and offered the features I wanted. No surprise... my research took me right back to Whirlpool. I love this French door mod...
