Ice bin is fiddly

I found the ice bin difficult to remove for dumping the initial batches of ice. To be fair, the release button is at the top of the bin, which is located in the top left corner of the refrigerator compartment and I'm 5'2" on a good day. With that in mind, the issue may very well be related to my limited reach, rather than a design or operational flaw. Step stools are important!

Pretty disappointed with the purchase.

Worth the clearance price but just barely.

$3000 for a refrigerator. Seems pretty crazy but, ok. I guess if you wanting to pay for some high tech and top end materials and manufacturing, then ok. But that is not what you get with this refrigerator. And having purchased this fridge at the clearance price of $749, disassembling the doors to get it in through my front door and reassembling, I can say for a fact, this refrigerator is NOT made from top end materials and the manufacturing is sub par. WHIRLPOOL VERY DISAPPOINTED.

WELL I WOULDNT KNOW TO PLACE REVIEW. I JUST RECEIVED CALL FROM LOWES THAT DELAY IN DELIVERY DUE TO RECEIVING CALL FROM WHIRLPOOL. AFTER LOWES REPRESENTATIVE LIED TO ME IN FIRST PLACE STATING TO GO AHEAD AND PLACE ORDER THEN CALL IN AND THEY WOULD CHANGE MY DELIVERY DATED TO AN EARLIER TIME!!! WHICH OF COURSED THAT DIDNT HAPPEN. NOT JUST ON A FRIDGE. THIS WAS ALSO INCLUDING DISHWASHER AND STOVE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! IF YOU GO ONLINE, ITS STILL STATING ITS AVAILABLE.

Haven't had the fridge for 24 hours but I'm loving it so far.

Great Frig

I love this Whirlpool refrigerator. The exterior digital controls make it easy to set temperatures, change ice preferences and measure water without a lot of complications. It’s straight forward. I like the variety of shelves and that they are all adjustable. I love the large freezer on the bottom, makes it so much easier to find something unlike our old side by side. Also, the extra drawer in the middle for grabbing quick snack items.

STAY AWAY

Have already left a review for beginning of this month and had it repaired. Now having same problem. This unit is only 14 months old. The freezer is experiencing frost buildup, condensation is causing food to melt, and there’s ice accumulating on the coils. The refrigerator is also incredibly loud, with the water and ice maker constantly making noise, and shutting off and the fan runs non-stop. Not only did we have to throw away a lot of food beginning of the month we have to do that again. I s...

Could not beat the price, in-laws have the same fridge so it was an easy decision.

we moved from a top freezer to this bottom freezer with middle tray.. it is soooo much easier to reach everything - including the deli drawer we use for lunch meat and cheese. only issue i would recommend is a longer life filter with purchase - or at least 1-2 replacement filters since we paid a pretty penny for the fridge

Perfect size and functionality. Don’t have to open both doors to access vegies for salad. Love it. Convenient and sleek.

I bought this a little over a year ago. I have already had to have the ice maker worked on. Probably will have to again because it's starting to make the same noise. This is NOT a quiet refrigerator. Would not recommend this refrigerator.
