Probably good, but bad install - no water for ice
This was a frustrating purchase. The delivery date changed several times. When it finally showed up, the delivery guys and installers seemed okay but they left us without turning on the water so there was no ice. It took us a few days to figure it out as the manual is horrible. It's one of those manuals that is for several different models so most of it was not applicable. We had called to report a warranty issue because the ice machine wasn't working and they were ready to exchange it. Finally...

Lemon; stay away
Would Not RecommendUnit was a lemon straight out of the box. Have had issues since day one and have had repair techs out 3 separate times so far, with a 4th repair visit happening soon. Currently, 6 months in, both the fridge and freezer are not useable/ not maintaining temperature. Yet even though this has been documented by the repair company and the unit is still within the 1 year manufacturers warranty, Whirlpool still refuses to take ownership and offer to replace the unit or reimburse the purchase.
