Would Not RecommendWe bought this washing machine a month ago. Our delivery was scheduled for 3 days later. On delivery day, they took out our old washer and dryer and did not install our new washer and dryer because there was a dent in the washer. So a week passed with NO way to wash or dry clothes. Then the washer and dryer were installed and I was able to run 2 loads of laundry and then the washer had error code F1E1 Request Service. We reached out through our warranty and had to wait another week for service. ...

Lowe's botched the delivery
Would Not RecommendDelivery and install kept getting rescheduled. Finally came to install this stacked dryer and didn't have the stacking kit. Installers say Lowe's makes this mistake all the time. I told Lowe's previously that I was stacking it and they said I didn't need anything else. Ended up having to wait over three weeks to get it installed and Lowe's wouldn't take away my old dryer even though I paid for haulaway. Instead just reimbursed me.

Would RecommendI bought my Whirlpool electric washer almost a month ago in August of 2026 and I absolutely love it! I love Whirlpool as a company to begin with and this washer was exactly what I was looking for. Of course I bought the matching set in radiant silver. Works very well and it is a great size! Smart washer too and washes quickly, depending on what setting you put it on. Highly recommend 👌

The major spin makes the machine jump all over the laundry room. It is definitely not normal. I have a service rep coming on Wednesday morning.
