Absolutely love my new washer. I'm using less water because it's high efficiency. It was easy to level it in my old basement. Couldn't be happier.

Nice washer

Washes my clothes. The only thing I don't like is that it takes a few seconds to boot up. I have to turn it on, load my clothes and then press start.

Horrible delivery

What ever you do don't expect Lowes delivery to install your washer and dryer. Completely worthless delivery personnel. They can drop it off the truck but won't bring it in the house and admit they have NO idea how to hook them up. They came up with every excuse to get out of doing anything. Lowes advertises free hook up but it's not true. Once they get your money they don't care. Will never buy appliances from Lowes ever again.

Long lasting

Only been couple of weeks but previous same model lasted 15 years.

They were fast, professional and helpful. The product from Maytag are great….all we’ve owned….but the customer service? BEYOND AMAZING!!!

Third party delivery company is TERRIBLE

The store staff and the washer were fine, but the third party installation crew was terrible. They couldn't figure out how to attach the pedestal, they didn't attach new hoses, they didn't turn on or check the water flow, they didn't level the machine. They left the pedestal in my front yard when they left and they FORGED MY SIGNATURE on the delivery paperwork. A second crew refused to even attempt to attach the pedestal and just left. They said Lowe's wouldn't "allow" them to attach the ped...

My past Whirlpool Duet washer died after 16 years

Just bought so have no feed back yet. All I know is 16 years ago I bought a Whirlpool Duet washer ...stackable and it finally needed to send to heaven. I still have dryer and working fine . They aka lowes says this model I bought is newer model of duet ,because they don't make that model no more . So hopefully I got another great one

Beyond pleased!!!

Edison Collado and his co-worker were extremely efficient with verifying directions to our address as well as removing the old washer and putting the new one in its place. They were very cautious and respectful of the door frames and other furniture. No bumping into anything! These men worked very well together and deserve the highest praise. Thank you, Lowes, for employing top notch delivery personnel.

The Best Dishwasher: Lowes is Number 1

Bosch 800 series, particularly the Benchmarks, are the best dishwashers based on my experience. Lowes handled the purchase and delivery professionally with no issues.
