No self cleaning feature?

This stove on the face of it looked like any other Whirlpool glasstop range I've had. As others have said, seems to show the heat marks on the glass top quickly and I keep up with it, but still happens. Bottom drawer flimsier than most. This was a builder placed appliance in the home when I bought it and I just went to clean the oven, and there is NO self-cleaning mode. Do Not Buy If You Have Kids

We bought a house less than 3 months ago that came with this range. It looks beautiful. The burners heat very unevenly: the front left rapidly boils on the lowest setting and the front right takes ten minutes to warm up, but then works as it should. The oven door heats up so bad that our 18 month old and 3 year old barely touched it and both got burned. Brought a new house a year and half ago this oven it what the builder put in. Moved it out today to clean behind and under good thing I did the wire at the bottom was burnt now the stove doesn’t work.

Some instructions ambiguous re oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very chincy bottom oven drawer. Had hard time getting oven drawer on track. Installers did not install correctly. Scratches on bottom of oven drawer when installers ripped off blue tape. Also nicked my wall. Wasn’t able to upload pictures. My previous range lasted over 25 years and was wonderful. Don’t make things like they used to!

Does what it needs to do

Infinite switches going bad on 2 burners at 1 year

I purchased this range along with a dishwasher and above range microwave. At the 1 year mark one of the burner knobs started crackling and popping. Fast forward 4 months and a second burner know is now doing the same. The malfunctions are the result of infinite switches going bad on both dual burners. To repair myself would cost me $75 per switch just for the part. To have a repairman do it is over $300. The stove was $550 so less than 18 months I have repair bills amounting to mor than half of ...

Works great, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No complaints, it's beautiful and does a great job. Cooks evenly, heats up quickly, easy to use. I would recommend buying a silicone mat to cover and protect the top from scratches and damage.

Great simple to use appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a maytag. Nice simple appliance. Broke the glass on the door. Coat enough to replace ao we decided to get a new one. This whirlpool is almost identical but has a very smooth top. Much easier to keep clean. Also matched ll our other whirlpool appliances.

Have had no issues in 1st year!

Easy to clean top, even if we somehow get something real cooked on there we can scrap it off and it looks just the way it was before. Some flat tops do not allow for that to happen.

Last year I renovated my new house and bought a series of appliances from them, including a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. I didn't unpack them because I worried the renovation would stain them. When the renovation was completed and I was ready to install the appliances, I opened the box and found that the stove was damaged and deformed and could not be installed. Burner stopped working just after 1 year

The outside ring of our dual burner stopped working just after one year so it is no longer covered by warranty.

Broke After One Year

I will never buy from this company again. Only the burners on top partially work now, the oven itself can no longer bake and the display panel shows nothing on it.

I hate lowes

This is the second time I have bought a stove from them. I have a warranty on it and they will not do nothing about it. My stove hasn't worked since 2023 I have been calling them and calling them. And nobody's answering. Nobody's getting back to went app to the store and they told me they were gonna send someone in 24 hours to come. Change it out and they never have.
