Awful rack design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this dishwasher for about three weeks so far and I am very disappointed in the arrangement of the racks. The tines are so short that they do not hold the dishes properly. The silverware rack only fits in the middle of the lower rack, which eliminates significant space for dinner places. The upper rack tines are so small that cups and other dishes fall over and move around, or other dishes and bowls have to be completely flat. ...

Awful dishwasher

I hate this dishwasher! The bottom rack does not stay on the track. Prongs to hold dishes are too close together. Perhaps my grandmother's fine china would fit, but not my pottery. I regret the day I made this purchase. Also, it was very difficult to install.

Worst design ever.

It does it's job.

PROS: Does it's job. Controls are easy to use and pretty self-explanatory. The stainless steel tub is a definite upgrade from the plastic tub on my last dishwasher. Wouldn't buy it again though. If I could have a do-over I would get something else in a heartbeat. CONS: It is deceptively small for a 2 rack dishwasher. Forget using the adjustable rack if you use normal dishes. Not enough space like my old dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does not have adequate space for dishes with the silverware basket. Wish I replaced the racks on my dishwasher it had the silverware in the door and allowed for more plates and pans.

My review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last dishwasher had a small tray at the top, which I found useful of course this unit does not have that. Drying the dishes after washing does not work as I had hoped. The wash cycle is strong enough and works fine. The silverware tray is great, and easy to fill and empty. The door seems to be fingerprint resident. Easy to read and understand control panel. I am happy so far, lets see next year.

Nothing but problems with this dw. already had service come out. they said NOTHING WRONG. just loaded and pushed start. EXACT SAME PROBLEMS. Now I look forward to spending another day to schedule and wait for service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quiet and cleans great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleased with this purchase. My dishes come out spotless and it’s very quiet. I do not, however, like the silverware rack. It has to sit in the middle of the bottom rack, which doesn’t allow for bigger items like plates and plans. It’s in a very awkward place.

Misleading - interior size is too small for normal washing of pots and pans, etc.

Disappointed - Misleading Capacity

This dishwasher has little holding capacity for dishes, pots, pans, etc.. Racks are useless for holding pots and pans, etc.. Bottom rack comes off track. Silverware holder makes it difficult to load other dishes - it's in a terrible location. This is a very poorly designed dishwasher - the worst we have ever owned in the last 40 years. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

One step above apartment size

I needed to use this dishwasher since our counter clearance was 33 inches. It was on sale, so it was a reasonable deal. The install needed some tweaking. The water inlet comes straight out the front and is too high, so I needed to put two elbows and 4" piece of copper tube so that the flex supply line was not bent at a sharp angle. Also, the electrical box did not have enough clearance. I used direct wiring, so I had to drill two holes in the frame to allow the clamp-screws to be tightened dow...

It will not turn on half the time and water pours out the lower left side of the door if it does turn on. We have hardwood floors in the kitchen. We haven’t been able to use it. Horrible Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We don't like this dishwasher at all!! We cannot get our casserole dishes, pots and pans in the trays. The tines that hold the items are not user friendly. A 9x12 casserole has to lay in the top tray leaving no room for much else. The bottom tray catches on seal around the inside. EVERY night we have half the dishes washing and a sink full of dishes that still need to be washed. If I wash by hand we wasted money on a dishwasher. If we run...

Not happy!
