Ratings & Reviews for Westinghouse iGen5000DFc 50 State 5000 Starting / 3900 Running Watt Gas and Propane Dual Fuel Inverter Generator

This is our 3rd ! And love its reliability!

This is our 3rd Westinghouse product! Still running

Happy so far

I have not really had a chance to utilize it yet, but I did take it out this morning and hook it up to my RV and it ran our AC very well. Hopefully I will be testing it out sooner here in the near future.

Nice workmen ship and design

Just tested it for the first running on propane and it worked great. As advertised.

Didnt work out of the box

I bought this generator in November and can not get it to run on gas. Only propane works to run the generator.

Great all in one solution

Great size format and weight for power output. Works excellent. A little difficult to start with the pull start feature. Great option for RV and home solutions .

I am going to be very happy with this generator

First, I should tell you that I'm a 74 year old woman who has never done anything like this before. But all by myself I got that generator out of the box and all set up and running on propan. It was amazingly straightforward and it fired up first time (of course I did all the steps like adding the oil Etc ) and is oh so quiet. That's why I got this one. No one likes a noisy generator and a crowded Campground. Love the extendable handle and the wheels. It came with oil and the screw on funnel. C...

5000 watt dual fuel electric start generator

Easy to set up. Started right up on gasoline. Very impressed, didn't turn over but a few seconds. Surprisingly quiet. Anxious to put it to use this weekend.

Nice features and warranty

I decided to go with the Westinghouse because of the warranty and features. It's great having the option to also use propane. I look forward to putting this to the test and expect it to run reliably for years to come.

5000 EFI

Canadian user, haven't really put it to the test yet but overall fired right up on propane everything works as it should, hoping this is a good reliable generator for camping use.

great features!

I m really impressed with this iGen 5000 DFc inverter generator. It s incredibly quiet-hardly louder than a normal conversation-which is perfect for camping. It s light enough to carry with one hand and provide stable, clean power for my laptop and phone.

Easy to use and setup.

I just purchased the generator about a month ago. Happy so far. At this point we have only tested but seems very easy to use..

Great robust unit. Very dependable generator. I enjoy the display feature showing multiple options. It is heavy, wheels and telescoping handle make moving around convenient.

Inverter gen 5000 efi

I love this generator so much. Very quiet and takes care of my home when the lights go out. Good quality

Great Out of the Box

Great generator. Out of the box ready and instructions were very clear to start for first time. Generator started easily and runs very quiet. Quality product.

Very Quiet and Compact

Just ran it for first time and it very quiet compared to other generators. Tested it with multiple items including a hair dryer. It easily fits along the wall of my garage for storage. I like the EFI feature since it has no carb & I had carb issues in my past with snow blowers.

Prepared for Anything

So happy I purchased this. Simple setup and maintenance. Reliably starts. Perfect.

Excellent Generator

We had our first camping trip!! This generator was amazing and it is quite quiet for how powerful it is! My husband loved the remote control late at night. :) Excellent!!!

Good Purchase good Value

So far so good, reliable start. Looking forward to the big test.
