Not Holding A Charge

Purchased 07/06/23 for a camping trip. It performed okay. Last summer (2024) took it to Porcupine Mountains rustic campground fully charged. It would not charge any of our electronics. Tried to get it to work again this morning (04/12/25). It says it's fully charged but won't charge my phone, nor will the flash light work when unplugged from the wall. Seeking remedy for this via 2 year warranty policy before we start our next camping season!

Light weight/ easy use

I purchased this light weight power station, and I love it it’s easy to use and very convenient. Not a bad price at all!!!

Does not work

In 2 years, we've only used this when we tested it after purchase. Then when we really needed it last week, it would NOT work. I've tried charging it, and it will not take a full charge, and the charge will not last more than 15 minutes, even running a small 30 amp fan!!!

Great for outdoor use

I used this to operate a bounce house on propane fuel. It worked well with no power issues.

Where's the panel?

I ordered the power station and the solar panel for it. What just showed up is a power station and in the other box... a 'foam cannon'. No clue what it is but I don't have a solar panel and the phone number picks up and hangs up at one ring... Someone best fix this.

This generator is perfect for our needs. Living in Florida it's only a matter of time until the next hurricane." i.e...power outage". Long run time is a must during these times and the IGen200 is exactly what we needed.

Small and Powerful!

I'm a disabled veteran and live in a high tier fire zone. I needed something that I could easily get to and carry. This is exactly what I was looking for. Small, lightweight, and easy to grab in emergencies.

Randomly Stops Working - Warranty Not Honored

This is a great product - when it works. We had our iGen 300s for less than a year when it randomly stopped working. Their recommendation of changing how it is charged from AC to DC power is ridiculous but we did it anyways and it did not help. When I called back for additional help I was told they would do nothing because I didn't have the receipt because it was a gift even though I registered the product on their site when it was gifted to me.

DOES NOT WORK

Only thing that worked on BOTH of these is the Flashlight. Expensive Flashlight
