Would Not RecommendPurchased about 6 months ago never had a load on it power went out and is not producing power. it's been a hassle there are no servicers in my area so I need to figure out how to get this Beast to someone that services this thing.

Failed on first use
Would Not RecommendFailed on first use. Ran great for about 1 hour - 2 small window unit AC's and small electronics. Added a fridge too to test capacity. After 20 minutes the engine bogged down and shut off. Now it is incapable of starting. Only backfires. I have done all troubleshooting I can do and now need to ask for support. Cannot return to store since oil/gas have been added, so that sucks because I would probably rather just return it than try to fix it. Very disappointed that it didn't survive 2 hours on i...

Great Features...easy starting
We just received our new ecoGen10000 generator. It started up without any issues. Filling the motor oil is difficult. The motor is shaking considerably, we hope this stops eventually. The generator has great features such as easy FOB starting.

We bought the Ecogen 10,000 a couple of months ago. Very easy to set up, quiet when I ran to test the unit. Have not got a chance to put it to use but appears to be solidly built. Love the idea of the remote start

Nice. How do I start & stop with ST socket?
I’ve had this a week. It’s slightly quieter than my WEN 7000 continuous open frame inverter. Engine is the same, very good. It was missing a bolt for the leg so I had to improvise. The oil filling funnel is worthless, go buy a flexible one, they are very cheap. Other than that it’s very nice. I want to know how to start and stop it with the ST socket.

Excellent generator. Wish it had a 120V 30A socket. Checking, and changing oil is a royal pain. You have leave the battery on to use the remote start. I wish i knew the pin out to the st plug. It runs my 1 hp jet pump easily. Im happy.
