GREAT FEATURES

it is all we need for our 2000 SF house.Dual fuel, remote start, very portable (comparing to other brands.

Great Generator

Whole house generator was just too expensive for us. We decided to go with this generator after reading reviews. We get pretty much the same benefit as whole house but at a fraction, and I mean fraction of the cost. Very satisfied with this generator. Highly recommend.

Woks very well

It was easy to assemble. I only run it with propane and it's been absolutely spot on

Great generator

I bought this a few months ago, and I love the security it provides. Without power, I would not have water, so this generator is a lifesaver.

Excellent product

Very satisfied and serving my needs.Recommend to the homeowner that looses power and needs water and refrigeration.

Like It, But

Have not put it to work yet and hope I won't this hurricane season. Seems well made, good features, like the dual fuel. Only negative one of the wheels are not straight, not a deal breaker.

just what we were looking for

this Westinghouse WGEN9500DF was the perfect size for our family. We had a bigger one but it was to hard to navigate. the unit is user friendly and easy to operate, very happy!

Very user friendly and great product for cost

Just bought this product but have a neighbor with one. I love the ease of use and features.

Powers Everything

I bought this generator and after 2 years it still starts automatically and powers my entire house, excellent home backup generator and well worth the investment.

Second Wgen, great product!

We have ran our first WGen generator for 8 years off and on for weeks. Properly cared for, it is still purring! This is our second generator, higher output for our 5th Wheel RV and are confident it will last us our lifetime.

WESTINGHOUSE GENERATER

I JUST BOUGHT THIS GENERATER AND WAS HAPPY THAT IT STARTED UP WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. I TESTED THE VOLTAGES AT EACH TERMINAL AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEMS..I WOULD RECOMEND THIS GERERATER .

First time use would not start with gasoline

I bought this in 2021 after the snow storm in Texas. Bought it and put it in the garage. Never put gas or anything in it. Went to use it for the first time, March 2025, and it would not start with new gas. Every step was followed to get it running. Not a newbie to generators. After trying electric start and pull start dozens of times I gave up. Hooked up the propane tank, switched valve to propane and it fired right up. Ran great with no issues running a HD hammer drill in rock. I’m going to rea...

Great Power

Just got the generator! Love it! Power is great and looks good too

Good value

Hope I don’t have to use it this season but seems like a good unit for the price

Hurricanes will no longer leave us in the dark

We just received this generator. While not yet used the ease of installing the wheels and handle and adding oil to be hurricane ready were just as promised. Feel very confident when we do need it the ease of operation will be just as promised.

Great product

Great product, just what we needed. I will refer friends and family, thank you.

Excellent product, great price.

I purchased the WGen9500DF to power my 50-amp travel trailer. I was very pleased with the minimal assembly and easy start-up, fresh out of the box. I enjoy the dual fuel option, and the remote start is an added bonus. I am really looking forward to putting this product to use this summer.
