Ratings & Reviews for Westcott Stainless Steel Rulers in Stainless Steel Stainless Steel 18 Length x 1 Width

Just what I was looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a clear ruler so I could see all around the edge of the lines I was drawing. I also use it to focus as I'm looking at a multi-line report. It's not a thick ruler, so it's not super stiff as if it were made from a hard plastic, but it works for what I need it for.

Great ruler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the clear ruler. The numbers are big and easy to read. Love that it's clear and I can see what is underneath. My kids love using it. No directions needed. Very flexible and durable for little ones also.

A Clear Standout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "I find the Westcott 12" Transparent Ruler to be an invaluable tool. Whether I’m laying out a publication, adjusting the dimensions of a studio photo, or preparing a paper or vinyl project, this ruler allows me to measure directly on the work, see the measurements—U.S. or metric—and make any adjustments."

EASY TO LEARN RULER FOR ALL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is truly the best ruler I have found to teach young children the fundamentals of measurement. The measurement increments are exceptionally easy to read, which is vital for early learners. Unlike many other products I have used in the past, the markings are durable and do not seem to rub off with frequent classroom use. Being transparent is a significant advantage; it allows students to see the exact line they are working on and ensures t...

Rules? Yes, it rules.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a ruler: it lays flat, its edges are smooth. The black markings and numerals are plain to see, even the smaller CM numbers are clear to read, with slightly larger numerals at each 10cm measure. Beyond the 12 inch/30cm marked length, the corners might be considered sharp, but if ruling lines is a vital task, straight-through edges might be best.

Nice Little Ruler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Handy little ruler that is sturdy and lightweight. I like that it is clear and you can see your project underneath. Sharp black measurement markings are easy to read- SAE and Metric. Small hole on one end for hanging. Flat edge also helps in drawing straight lines.

Sturdy and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ruler is simple, sturdy, and easy to use. The clear acrylic makes lining up measurements effortless, and the markings are sharp and easy to read. It’s lightweight but doesn’t feel flimsy, and it holds up well for everyday tasks. Nothing fancy — just a reliable ruler that does exactly what you need it to.

Ideal product for measuring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ruler is reliable to use and ideal because of its clear color. You can place it on your project and see through it for my accurate measurements. I’ve used it to measure larger pieces as well as smaller pieces of paper.

Ruler is perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this ruler to use in my preschool classroom. The students really enjoy using it and it’s the perfect length and width for their hands. It’s transparent so they can see their work under it for perfect placement.

I Love This Ruler!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello! I love this ruler! I am a math tutor, so I definitely love using it with my students! Students need more rulers in their hands b/c measurement is one of the skills that many students struggle with. I love my ruler! Thank you so much!

Finally a nice quality, truly clear ruler!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice thick clear ruler. It is more rigid than others I have tried in the past. I use a clear ruler daily to scale drawings and find many other brands to be thin and flimsy, break easily, or have hazy "clear" plastic. This ruler is perfectly clear with easy to read markings. I will definitrly buy this brand in the future.

Transparent Ruler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Wescott Acrylic ruler is great. It is transparent which makes it easy to see what you are measuring. I do wish the ruler was a little more flexible. However it is a great tool to have as a teacher or a student.

Good Quality Ruler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ruler is great quality. The numbers are easy to read and the ruler is sturdy and stays in place when using it. I have replaced it with my prior ruler that was not as good quality. Good find for home, office, or school use.

Perfect in many ways

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ruler is awesome. It is clearly marked, feels smooth to the touch, and because I can see through it I am assured that my placement and measurements will be accurate. This fits many of my needs in crafting, journaling, and art projects. I am very happy with this product.

Its transparent and I love it! A clear view. ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this ruler because it’s clear! I can see the paper through the ruler. I would purchase more for my classroom. I like that it’s heavy enough not to snap in two be my preschoolers. I also like the weight.

Strong, Clear Ruler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] VERY strong ruler! I like that it is clear so that you can easily see what you are measuring through it. I do not like that the 0 is not on the edge of the ruler so if kids are using it, they are going to be confused by the fact they have to start a little ways in from the edge. I do like that the inches are on one side and the centimeters are on the other and they are marked larger enough that they are be read clearly and easily.

Crystal clear acrylic ruler.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent ruler. Crystal clear feature allows for precise measurement. Both first and last inch are calibrated to 1/32 inch. Beveled edges also enhance ease of precise measurement. I also like the fact that the ruler extends beyond the calibrated area on both ends.

Great ruler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ruler I received is such a great ruler and I have used it for multiple projects around house already. It is made so durable and so easy to use. The ruler is perfect for anything you may need it for.
