What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this ladder for exceptional stability, versatility, and durability. Most highlight its rock-solid construction and wide base design, calling it the only ladder they'll ever need. Reviewers consistently emphasize its remarkable adaptability across multiple configurations—step ladder, extension ladder, scaffold, and stairway mode—replacing several separate ladders. Many use it confidently for diverse tasks from ceiling repairs to gutter cleaning. The primary drawback is its significant weight, with some noting difficulty operating locking mechanisms alone. Despite this trade-off, most customers strongly recommend it.

Great ladder

Would Recommend

This is a great ladder. A little bit on the heavy side but super stable. And it can fold up to fit in closet or car.

I was looking the 26' ladder also.found it in stock at another store and went to check it out it was too much, too heavy at 62lbs., too big. too awkward don't waste your time. went to Lowes and got the 22' so I could use my card and get an extra 5% off. The 22' ladder was plenty long to reach the roof of my 2 story house I'm a big guy at 6'3" 220lbs and felt as secure on this ladder as any straight ladder I've been on and I've been in commercial construction for 35 yrs. I bought it for use aroun...

Our experiences with the people at Lowes could not have been any better. Your employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and very willing to help. The products are well made and easy to use and priced very fairly. It is a pleasure doing business with Lowes

great but a little heavy

Would Recommend

I got it on sale M22 for $169 + tax. but i had to return it for the next bigger size witch i had to go to hd box store to get for $250 + tax and weights 20 lbs more. (Lowes was great with the return). this brand works great on a hill, and about half the cost of little giant ladder. i just wish they had the feachers of the little giant ladder. especially the feet extenders that would work perfect for outside uneven terrain

Solid equipment!

Would Recommend

I am afraid of heights, except when I feel that I am on safe, solid support. This ladder gives me the confidence to get up and clean out the gutters. It is well-designed and works exactly as advertised. I am glad I got the longer one, so that I don't always have to use all the sections to reach high places. It's a bit heavy to move around, but as I said, it always feels safe.

Disappointing quality control

Would Not Recommend

They should be more accurate when naming their ladders, so the ladder is easier to size for the job. When the ladder is in its "stored position" The top rung of the base section is covered with packaging. This hid a flaw in the assembly of the ladder which results in the rung being out of position. To compensate for this the locking pin was bent so it could reach the hole.

Wondered how I got along without it

Would Recommend

An amazing ladder. The versatility is unbelievable. The exact height you need when you need it. Able to go where no regular ladder can go and doing it safely and securely. I truly wonder how I got along without it for so long.

Great all purpose ladder

Would Recommend

Versatile ladder that is good for any project around the house. A little bit heavier than other ladders but is to be expected with something with so many options.

Last 22 ' Ladder you will ever purchase.

Would Recommend

Lowes was the best place to go after I found this same exact ladder elsewhere for sale. Not only did they match the price but I also got the 10% discount. The no hassle service and help I got from everyone at Lowes was a great experience. Thats why Lowes is the only place I would recommend to go if you want the best price out there. The ladder is not as heavy as everyone has mention. Try picking up a 22' wooden or steel ladder and you will feel that this ladder is not as heavy after all. Thank y...

A good ladder if you only have room for one

Would Recommend

I bought this ladder because I needed versatility and I don't have a lot of room to store three or more ladders. I used this ladder while residing my shed which was quite tall (about 20'). It did the job well and I think it was a good purchase but I do have a few notes that you may want to consider. Pros: Very versatile ladder. Compact and easy to store and transport. Solid construction (I felt safe on this ladder) The wide base makes it a more stable ladder. Cons: It's quite heavy when compar...

I can get rid of 3 of my old ladders

Would Recommend

We have a light that hangs in our cellar stairwell. Since the stairwell is not enclosed, the light fixture hangs about 10 feet above the stairs. When one light burned out, I ignored it . When the second burned out, I had to do something. None of my ladders would work. This one did the job. I positioned in ladder on the bottom landing, and started extending it until I had the ladder on the step by the light. I climbed up and changed the bulbs. The only problem with this ladder is the weight. Be...

Good ladder but stability comes with a price

Would Recommend

I bought this ladder because of the maximum height and the versatility. It is a solid piece and this is the only 'con'. It's heavier than I thought and you don't want to carry it long ways. On the 'pros' it is very stable and easy to unfold / fold. You get good mechanical feedback when the latches click into place, making sure the ladder does not accidentally collapses. So far I am very happy.

I really like this ladder.

Would Recommend

This is my first multi position ladder I've owned. I've struggled the past few years with extension ladders, probably because I'm getting old and wanted something that was sturdy. This ladder has all the features I need, and than some. I appreciate the wide leg stance. The locking mechanism is easy to use and is sturdy. I used the ladder, in the step ladder position, to strip an awful popcorn ceiling that was 12' up. Very secure feeling working up there. The only downside that I can see, there i...

Works For Me

Would Recommend

I just got the Werner 22' Telescoping ladder and it is meeting my needs perfectly. I like that it is easy to transport and store in a smaller space. I like the various adjustments for height and type of ladder. I found it fairly easy to use as I'm a big (280#) guy and can handle it by myself -As an extension ladder it does need to be extended for height on the ground and then lifted up into place... but I was able to do that just fine even at full height. It feels quite stable - and all my gutte...

Worth the money

Would Recommend

Great for all home repairs, takes on many shapes and sizes and excels beyond all expectations. Price is reasonable when compared to other large a frame ladders, then you flip out the extension and it's no comparison pay for two ladders for 400-500 or one for 200.
