I've been using this ladder at work for quite some time now. I finally decided I wanted my own and started hunting for the best prices. Home Depot had the ladder but now within 100 miles of my location. They also sell the exact same ladder at home depot for $89.99, however there wasn't one within 100 miles of Raleigh. One ladder for all tasks

If you are limited for storage space, this ladder serves many purposes and can eliminate the need for an extension ladder and larger A frame ladders. We needed a ladder to reach our 1 story roof, work around the exterior of the house and use for painting interior areas. This ladder checked all 3 boxes. Works great. Easy to maneuver around the house without banging against walls and stuff. When fully extended, it feels flimsy but it held me up just fine and I'm 210 lbs.

13" ladder

Always wanted one of these ladders and when it went on sale + my military discount I couldn't resist. Sure is heavy duty. But for a 300 pound ladder I guess it's expected. Easy to open, extend and fold. Great buy...

Not as advertised

The MT-13 is NOT 13 feet. It is a 10 foot ladder that has 13 possible positions. I only bought this because it was advertised as 13 feet. got is home and the discover it is not as Lowes advertised at all.

It is not 13'

It is only 13' when extended. It's only 5' when it's the inverted V, which I am much more comfortable using. And extension ladder is too unwieldy for me.

Very good and heavy duty ladder.

Ladder works good, seems to be well made and it is easy to use. The only thing I would change is I wish I had purchased a longer one. 13' just doesn't reach some places. Probably will get a 17' later on. But I still have not figured out how you make 2 step ladders with a scaffolding board between them as it shows on the box, without having to buy a second ladder!

Great ladder

Ladder works well as a stepladder or extension ladder. Light enough to move around easily.

very easy to use but a little heavy for females to manipulate but it does everything it says it will, very useful around the house.

folding ladder

Have not used yet but appears very nice. Opens closes, locks as expected.

Time saver

This is a great ladder, but getting used to the overall method of opening and closing takes some time and getting used to. I suspect as I use this ladder more, the operation will be more intuitive and easier. Otherwise, this ladder is a great tool and eliminates the need to have to work with multiple ladders on projects. Very happy that I finally bought it

A great all around household item/necessity

I first purchased one of these ladders from Lowes quite some years ago, realized how many uses it had and began to buy them as presents for "Sons in Law" as I gained them one daughter at a time. Great Ladder, Length Not As Advertised

The "13 ft" model is a bit of a misnomer or just straight up shady marketing. This ladder, when fully extended, is only 10 feet 6 inches tall. The fine print in the manual lets you know this, but it is still marketed as a 13 foot ladder. So just be warned. Make sure you get the right length. Docking two stars from my review because of the bad marketing. It really is a good ladder though.

Misrepresentation of product

This is suppose to be a 13 foot ladder. It was delivered on time. When I looked at the ladder info it was a 10 foot ladder. It says on the paper work that it has 13 positions that the ladder can make not a 13 foot ladder. This is a major problem, went back to Lowes to return it for a 13 foot. There isn't one, only 10 foot. Major lable error by the manufacturer. All there ladders are advertised incorrectly. The ladder is way too heavy and not tall enough to be of much use more than a step ladder.

Great little ladder

I used to have a small lightweight extension ladder, just perfect for climbing onto the roof, etc. and easy to carry around. Well, my husband lost it (can you imagine that??). This ladder is a great substitute for the lost one. It's not too heavy and it easy to set up - just what I needed!
