What Customers Are Saying
The ladder is described as sturdy, lightweight, and suitable for a variety of household tasks. However, some customers noted the actual fully extended length is shorter than advertised, causing disappointment. A few also found the ladder difficult to open and close, and one reported a safety incident where a leg broke. Overall, the majority of customers seem satisfied with the ladder's performance and versatility, though the discrepancy between advertised and actual length is a notable issue.

Great Ladder
Would RecommendHi there, I have used adjustable ladders through out the years, this one is a quality product that I am very happy with, perfect for my home needs, thanks.
Shorter than I thought
Would Not RecommendWhen it says 14’ reach, they don’t means the ladder is 14’ long. Also, it only bends at one joint, not three. I bought it to get on the roof of a high cube c can, 9’ 6”, but it barely reaches the top It is light and easy to carry.

Wish I had bought a 16 foot instead because this one comes up a little short to teach my roof.

Best of 4 previously purchased ladders
Would RecommendWe have a 32' motorhome that does not have a permanent ladder on the rear like bigger RVs, so we need a ladder small enough to store but expandable to 13' to reach the top. This is the 4th ladder we've purchased and already see that it is by far our best. It stores vertically in our rear storage compartment so it will be easy to get out when needed; two of the other ladders I purchased had to be stored horizontally and were very difficult to remove and return, without taking a lot of other ite...

OK Ladder
Would Not RecommendThe ladder is ok, but wouldn't buy again. It's heavy and somewhat awkward to use, the step ladder portion is pretty good. It does not go as high as I thought it would but for now, it will do.

My huspend loved the ladder
It was a named brand and was price 25 dollars less than Walmart and Walmart was not a name brand. It had rubber on bottom so won't slip.
