What Customers Are Saying
The ladder is generally considered sturdy, lightweight, and easy to use, with a high weight capacity that allows it to reach tall heights while remaining manageable for a single person. However, some customers experienced issues with the condition upon arrival, difficulty operating the rope/pulley system, and challenges in maneuvering the full-extended ladder alone. Overall, the ladder appears to be a reliable and versatile tool for home and outdoor projects when used properly.

light weight but requires moderate strength
Would RecommendReplaced an older heavier 32 foot ladder with this lighter weight version. Requires moderate upper body strength to lift into position, but female painter on staff can move left and right after initial lift for placement.

PICKUP SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!!
Would Not RecommendIt took two hours to have it ready for pickup. WASTE OF TIME!!! Too many EXCUSES why it took two hours to pull a ladder from the sales floor and have it ready for pickup. Don't waste your time for pickups. It's faster to just go in and get it yourself.
