Selecting the right ladder

Extension ladders require a surface, such as a wall or a roof line, for support. They’re usually available in larger sizes than step ladders, making them a good choice for outdoor projects, like cleaning gutters or painting the outside of a home. Be sure you know your average reach height when shopping for your ladder. Using a ladder that’s too short or tall can hamper the safety and efficiency of your work.

Ladders Buying Guide

Common ladder materials are Aluminum and Fiberglass. Aluminum ladders are corrosion-resistant, strong and lightweight, making them a durable choice that's easy to maneuver and carry. Aluminum ladders also conduct electricity, however, so don’t use them when working on electrical projects or near electrical lines. Fiberglass ladders are strong and durable. When clean and dry, they don’t conduct electricity and are the right choice for electrical projects and work near electrical lines.

What Customers Are Saying

The ladder is generally considered sturdy, lightweight, and easy to use, with a high weight capacity that allows it to reach tall heights while remaining manageable for a single person. However, some customers experienced issues with the condition upon arrival, difficulty operating the rope/pulley system, and challenges in maneuvering the full-extended ladder alone. Overall, the ladder appears to be a reliable and versatile tool for home and outdoor projects when used properly.

Great durability!

Great durability and lightweight ladder. The pick up process was not the best experience due to a manger initially not allowing me to pick up my paid for ladder and a team member bringing out the wrong ladder. The next day, I came back later in the evening and the team member assisted me and gave me my ladder, kudos to him!
