What Customers Are Saying
The product is generally well-received, with customers praising its ease of use, lightweight design, and ability to effectively cut through thick branches. Many found it to be a good value compared to hiring a professional. Positive features include the adjustable chain tension and automatic oiling system. However, some customers reported issues with the chain coming off, the saw stopping working after limited use, and concerns about safety and stability. While the product seems capable for most users, a minority experienced reliability and safety problems that should be considered.

Top quality product for your money!
Would RecommendI made a mistake when ordering meaning to get a battery powered saw not wired electric. I put this electric saw to work and man, I couldn't be more pleased!

Good little saw. I like the fact that it is a dedicated pole saw. Helped me get through a huge job with minimal effort. I also like the fact that it is very lightweight.

Dis functional chain tensioner.
Would Not RecommendThe unit has a defective chain tensioner, that broke on the first three cuts. Since there is no replacement part for this item the saw throws the chain every two minutes.
