What Customers Are Saying
The product is generally well-received, with customers praising its ease of use, lightweight design, and ability to effectively cut through thick branches. Many found it to be a good value compared to hiring a professional. Positive features include the adjustable chain tension and automatic oiling system. However, some customers reported issues with the chain coming off, the saw stopping working after limited use, and concerns about safety and stability. While the product seems capable for most users, a minority experienced reliability and safety problems that should be considered.

worked for 5 mins then the chain became loosed
Would Not RecommendI received this 2 weeks ago. Everything looked great. I wanted to use it right away but I kept getting busy. Then last week I finally had some time, it worked great the first 5 minutes but then the chain became loosed. I wasn't finish cutting the branches :( Im so disappointed. Im a single mom and I fixed most things myself but this is something I don't know how to fixed. I wished I save my money and gotten something better. Not worth it!
