What Customers Are Saying
The product is generally well-received, with customers praising its ease of use, lightweight design, and ability to effectively cut through thick branches. Many found it to be a good value compared to hiring a professional. Positive features include the adjustable chain tension and automatic oiling system. However, some customers reported issues with the chain coming off, the saw stopping working after limited use, and concerns about safety and stability. While the product seems capable for most users, a minority experienced reliability and safety problems that should be considered.

Would RecommendI love this tool. You pick the point you want to cut, place the chain against the limb and pull the trigger. ZIP! The limb is cut and falls off the tree. It could not be simpler.

Perfect
Would RecommendIt is very easy to operate. I have never used anything like this before and was easy to use. Cuts through small branches pretty easy. It can get heavy at times so definitely use the shoulder strap.

Well worth the $50
Would RecommendAwesome saw. Purchased August of 2021 and well worth the $50. I probably cut atleast $500 worth of branches if you would've used a professional if not more. Was assasymbled for the most part and easy to put together. Cut some branches about 5 inches thick with not an issue.

You spend more energy offsetting the poorly balanced saw than you would if it weighed a pound more, but was balanced, like the Sun Joe SWJ800E; consequently, it does not reduce fatigue, as advertised. A straight cutting pole saw is safer to use than this angled cutting pole saw. Here is why: after the limbs are cut off the tr...
