Too short

I bought this last week and I was looking forward to reviving it and starting new recipes with it. Unfortunately, it is too short for the 330 genesis grill I have... we cannot use it. So disappointing for a Weber product.

Food tastes so much better

I owned myself a grille for ages and with all of them I owned, I had to Jerry rig multiple cut outs of cast iron to the inside of the grille. In some cases, if the grille was hot enough it would melt the zip ties holding the cast iron to the grille. When it gets in the food, it starts to taste a little like burnt rubber. When I got myself a Weber grille I saw that it had a griddle insert so I had to test it out. And to my surprise it fit without the need of zip ties and my family was very cheer...

Awesome addition to my Weber grill. Great for frying bacon and eggs with no “bacon smell” inside the house.

BBQ in the morning.

Breakfast on the bbq is great with my griddle. Pancakes just taste better:).

The griddle allows you to grill bacon without having a mess in the house. We love it!

Works great, fits good. Used 3 times so far, grilled bacon and smash burgers. Make sure your grill is level or the grease will not drain off as it should. My patio slopes away from house.

If you’re looking for quality, buy Weber. I’ve been buying Weber for over Thirty years. It may cost a little more than other brands, but you get what you pay for.

What i expected

Works good. Do gave to watch. Food stucks even with preheat and slight oiling. I think that will improve with use. Clean up easy.

Everything sticks

Everything sticks oil the food or griddle don't matter. I think the coating has come off not sure if it safe to use. Last time I used it wife said food tast like gasoline. Highly disappointed.

Question

How do you install this grill? does the end with the oil hole sit lower? I would have thought it would sit flush on the one side of the unit (where I have removed the grill). The griddle is not long enough to fit flush into my Genesis. The side with the oil drain sits directly on top of my plates

Better than my old one

This is so perfect for my grill. Has an old Weber with the cast iron griddle but it was flat and hard to clean. This fits perfect for my new grill and is sloped and easy to clean. So happy with this purchase

Not deep enough

I received it as a gift for my Genesis 330 and it is about 1/2 an inch too short to stay up and not falling into the grill. If the Griddle was the same depth as the Grate, it would work perfectly
