Despite Soaking Chips Caught Fire
Would Not RecommendWell, I soaked the chips for 30 minutes, put the smoker box with chips over the lit side of the grill and after the chips had dried they caught fire and we had ash all over the ribs. Oh, and the heat was set to low.

Would RecommendThis simple smoker box easily adds smoke flavor to my grilled meats. I used Hickory chips for my beef ribs, and the applewood for Chicken. The hinged box design allows for neatness and the vents diffuse the smoke nicely within the Weber grill. Its just perfect for my needs without having to buy a huge separate smoker.
