This simple smoker box easily adds smoke flavor to my grilled meats. I used Hickory chips for my beef ribs, and the applewood for Chicken. The hinged box design allows for neatness and the vents diffuse the smoke nicely within the Weber grill. Its just perfect for my needs without having to buy a huge separate smoker.
