Awesome Griddle
Would RecommendI bought this gridle 2 months ago took a few weeks to try it, I seasoned it first then I put it on my spirt grill and grilled a pizza family really enjoyed it. Then on a Saturday I made breakfast on it it was also a hit!

Outdoor German Potato Pancakes
Would RecommendMy wife would make Potato pancakes once in a blue moon, only because the grease splash clean-up was the only thing not to look forward to. But with the cast iron insert, and no mess in the kitchen, our family enjoys this traditional German side more often. Works great!
