Would Not RecommendI have the premium kettle version of this weber so I have some insight between the two models. This basic kettle model is about $150-160, the premium is about $210-220. That price gap is up to you to determine what's worth it or not, though if you ask me, I wouldn't bother with the standard model, just jumped straight to the premium. There are some reasons for this. The standard kettle is packing in a couple areas and those areas are very frustrating to deal with as a twice per week smoker/gr...

Would RecommendPrimarily got the Weber for an easy smoker. I don’t have all the attachments or a temp probe…but a bit of patience and some know how, this grill smokes chicken, fish, ribs, pork butt , etc. I’m gearing up for a brisket…I’ll let ya know how it goes. No complaints. Great grill/ smoker for the money.. probably am gonna upgrade my grill to the sides that open, so I can feed it charcoal and wood on long smokes.

Would RecommendDecided to buy an original Weber kettle to take on a vacation. The price was right and the Weber name is great. The instructions for assembly were good and it was easy to assemble. I was blown away to find out how many accessories are available for these. My only complaint about the original kettle is it doesn’t even come with a thermometer in the lid so I bought one and added it.
