Great Pan Frying Effect

I like the pan frying grilling effect that I get from this grill as opposed to the standard open grill plates. The small slits on the grill insures enough fat drainage but retains just enough for the frying effect. Not sure if it was made for Charcoal type grills but seems sturdy and heavy to handle the charcoal heat. I would not use on Charcoal grills that cannot adjust the charcoal pan to control heat as I feel it may warp under extreme heat.

Versatile uses

My favorite grill pan! We used this for shrimp and veggies on the grill. It works great so the smaller bites don’t fall through into the grill and gives the grill marks better than a foil pack.

Too long to fit Spirit grills

I have had two of these grill pans, and they have fabulous features for the grill surface, and they are reasonably easy to clean. However, because of the humongous handles on the ends, they will not fit back to front on your spirit grill. When you place the pan sideways, it takes up most of your grill space. I have trimmed the handles off on two of them (approximately 3/8 of an inch off of each end) to make them fit properly. Easy material to cut!

Great for fish

This bad boy is big but really helps ensure an even temperature on the grill and is great for cooking anything slightly more delicate or that has a tendency to fall into the grill. I love it for fish, burgers and kebobs.

Deluxe grilling pan

Gave as a gift. My son rated it as 10 out of 10. Using it for grilling vegetables and fish.

Useful pan n easy to clean

I’ve been using the pan to grill vegetables, found it to be useful product. As may very well and cleans easily with soap and water, even though it does get discolored overtime

No instructions.

Would be helpful to recommend that no grill spray be used on this grilling pan. Totally discolored at first use and impossible to clean. Very disappointed in that. But great to cook on.

Must use if smoking fish or vegetables

Little pricy but amazing to use smoking or grilling fish or vegetables

Discoloration

Used for the first time and brushed pan with canola oila spray. No where on the product instructions does it say not to use oil, etc. Pan is now discolored on the top and bottom and will not come clean.
